Group Classes
The Group classes are designed to offer something for everyone, regardless of age, fitness levels or injury restrictions. These classes are limited to small numbers allowing for individual supervision, and are covered by all major private health funds.

Back / Sports injury rehabilitation
These classes are designed to achieve total rehabilitation of all back/neck and sports related injury conditions. They are individually programmed with attention to correct posture, biomechanics, exercise technique and focus on core stabilising and strength. The class is conducted in our Rehabilitation Gym using injury specific equipment including the Pilates Reformer.
Pilates / Core Stability
The Pilates/Core Stability classes are designed to help maintain and enhance body performance. The classes are small, which enables each person to be closely monitored to obtain maximum benefits. Our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologist monitor the classes to ensure you are working at the appropriate level to suit your rehabilitation needs. We incorporate fit balls, foam rollers, pilates rings, pilates power bands, and light free hand weights to allow us to target specific core muscle groups and add variety to every class.
Balance for the elderly
These classes target our elderly patients who feel they may be losing confidence in carrying out activities of everyday living. Areas covered include: falls prevention, balance and strengthening exercises, correct sitting and standing posture, lifting and bending techniques. Our classes are limited to small numbers which ensures everyone receives the attention they require and are able to perform their exercises at their own pace. Our aim is to help you improve mobility and maintain good functional ability.
